Frequently asked questions
How much are driving lessons?
£90 for two hours, Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm. £100 for evenings and weekends. Each lesson is paid in advance.
How many lessons will I need?
Most of our pupils need 15 to 18 two hour lessons. Everyone is different, and your instructor will give you an honest assessment after your first lesson.
Do you teach automatic?
Yes, if you have your own automatic car. Our school cars are manual.
Who books my driving test?
Since May 2026, learners book and manage their own tests with the DVSA. Your instructor will tell you when you are ready and help you pick a date.
Do you offer intensive courses?
Yes: 20, 30 or 40 hours, from £1,600, with £150 cashback if you pass first time.
Can I train to become an instructor?
Yes. We cover Parts 1, 2 and 3, with no fixed fee while you train. See our Learn to Coach page to find out more.
